my name is Mohd Ramezzan bin Nuh, base in Genting Project. I'm already work at Geohan since June 2013  and almost 11 years as Safety Practioner.

Safety is paramount in all aspects of geotechnical engineering . I have learned to conduct thorough site safety assessments, identify potential hazards, and implement measures to protect both workers and the environment. Additionally, I have developed an understanding of risk management practices, which is crucial in ensuring the safety and success of geotechnical projects.

The supportive environment at Geohan has significantly impacted my career, making me feel valued and motivated. The emphasis on well-being, development, and advancement opportunities has created a workplace where I thrived. They provide excellent support through coaching, training, and mentoring, and offer many opportunities for career development. I am grateful for the growth I achieved at Geohan.

When I started at Geohan back in 2015, I was looking for a place to learn and grow in my career. What I've found is so much more than that. Thanks to my  colleagues' and managers' support and guidance, I've been able to take on challenging projects , develop new skills, and take my career to the next level.

My time at Geohan was truly enriching. The supportive team, innovative projects, and focus on excellence provided invaluable learning opportunities. I joined Geohan immediately after completing my final exam, and it has been a highly enriching experience. Geohan is an excellent platform for fresh engineers, providing valuable hands-on experience in both site operations and technical matters. Support from my superiors and the management team, which made the transition from academic learning to practical work much smoother and enjoyable.

I believe in the importance of staying passionate about your work and maintaining a positive mindset. Geohan has not only helped me build technical skills but also instilled a strong sense of professionalism and teamwork. I started my journey with Geohan 10 years ago as a site engineer, and it’s been a transformative experience. Geohan fosters continuous learning, offering mentorship and resources to enhance my skills. The open communication culture encourages cross-department collaboration, and the management provides me an autonomy, which has been vital for my growth. Despite challenges, there's always a strong support system, and the company’s clear vision aligns all departments toward common goals. Overall, it’s been a fulfilling and inspiring place to grow my career.

Syukur Alhamdulillah ke hadrat illahi di atas segala nikmat Dan rahmat nya. Pada tahun 2005 saya mula berkhidmat dalam Geohan, Dan pada waktu itu saya bermula sebagai welder Micropile. dalam masa yang sama juga saya menjalankan kerja2 supervisor dalam site.. selepas beberpa tahun berkhidmat saya di beri peluang menjadi supervisor. Dari hari bertukar minggu. minggu bertukar bulan. bulan bertukar tahun, saya di beri peluang menjadi person incharge untuk 1 project. Banyak yang saya dapat pelajari dalam Geohan terutama nya bidang geotechnical.. terutama nya Micropile, Borepile, caisson pile, Ground Anchor, soilnailing. Dan sebagainya lagi. sepanjang berkhidmat bermacam2 pengalaman saya dapat dan tempuhi untuk menyelesaikan satu project itu dengan cepat, tepat, jimat, dan selamat.
Di sini saya ingin mengucap kan jutaan terima kasih terutama. kepada Mr. Lee , Mr Oh , project Director, management Dan rakan2 geohanian semua nya, diatas kepercayaan, sokongan dan dorongan yang di berikan kepada Saya sepanjang  20 tahun berkhidmat dalam geohan. 
semoga Geohan di lebih berkembang pesat dan maju jaya dalam negara mahu pun  luar negara dalam bidang geotechnical.
