The proposed mixed-development project includes three blocks of residential service apartments totaling 998 units. Tower A is an 18/28-story block offering 332 units from levels 8 to 36, including 71 affordable units. Tower B is a 20/28-story block with 344 units from levels 7 to 34, including 79 affordable units. Tower C is a 20/27-story block providing 322 units from levels 7 to 33. Each tower includes related amenities on level 7 and open spaces on level 26 (Tower A) and level 27 (Towers B and C). This development also features a 7-story podium with 28 shop units on the ground and first levels, 30 suites on levels 3 and 4, and 7 levels of parking from the basement to level 6. Additionally, there is a 2-story commercial block with 8 shop units on the ground and first levels. This project aims to create a comprehensive mixed-use space combining residential, commercial, and parking facilities.
