Phase 1 includes Block 1, consisting of two towers, each 29 stories high with 521 residential units, built atop a seven-story podium featuring one residential level, recreational facilities, six levels of parking, and a security house. Phase 2 mirrors this layout with Block 2, comprising two additional 29-story towers with identical unit counts, a seven-story podium with similar facilities, and an additional commercial space with parking on Level 1. The project emphasizes high-rise urban living with integrated amenities.
