The proposed commercial development consists of a mixed-use project designed to integrate residential, commercial, and parking facilities. It includes Plot A, which features a 1-storey basement, an 8-storey parking podium from Ground Level to Level 7, and two mezzanine floors located at Ground Level and Level 7. The development is divided into two phases: Phase A comprises a 52-storey serviced apartment block (Block 1) with 1,036 units from Level 9 to Level 60, a retail unit on Level 8, two facility floors on Level 8 and the rooftop, and a developer's room (business space) on the rooftop. Phase B includes another 52-storey serviced apartment block (Block 2) with 568 units from Level 9 to Level 60 and two facility floors on Level 8 and the rooftop.
