The proposed project involves the construction of three condominium blocks totaling 1,200 residential units, developed in two phases. Phase 1 includes a 7-level podium with 6 levels of parking and 1 level of recreational facilities. It comprises Block A1 with 226 units and Block A2 with 237 units, each rising 24 stories above the 7-level podium. Phase 2 also features a 7-level podium with 6 levels of parking and 1 level of recreational facilities, along with Block B offering 446 units and Block C providing 291 units, both 24 stories above the podium. Additionally, the project includes a proposal to build a separate condominium block with 463 units, featuring a 7-level podium with 6 levels of parking and 1 level of recreational facilities. This block will consist of Block A1 with 226 units and Block A2 with 237 units, each 24 stories above the podium. The development aims to provide modern residential infrastructure with integrated parking and recreational amenities.
