Thismixed-use development project (strata and phased) includes the surrender and re-alienation of land under Section 204D of the National Land Code. The project will be developed in two phases:

Phase 1A involves the construction of two 57- and 58-storey service apartment blocks, comprising 1,439 units, along with supporting facilities. This phase will also include a multi-level podium parking area with utilities, a sub-basement, a utility tank room, a water retention pool, and a utility room for SSU electric substation infrastructure.

Phase 1B will see the construction of another two 57- and 58-storey service apartment blocks, also comprising 1,439 units, with additional supporting facilities.
