PROJECT SCORING SYSTEM
Project Scoring System (PSS) is a monthly site performance evaluation implemented by Geohan’s Safety and Health Committee. The main objective is to assess and evaluate QUALITY and STANDARDS. Additionally, the PPS helps to measure EFFICIENCY by reviewing how well the project adheres to budget and duration, including identifying areas where improvement is needed. This scoring system makes it clear what criteria are used to evaluate performance and the transparency helps the team members to understand what is expected of them and encourages them to be accountable for their contributions. By tying rewards to project scores, you can incentivize team members to outperform, leading them to put in extra effort and strive for excellence.
TOOLBOX MEETING
A toolbox talk is a short and focused assembly which held at the beginning of a work shift or project to discuss specific safety issues, updates, or procedural matters. The goal is to ensure everyone is aware of potential hazards and understands the safety protocols of the day’s tasks. In Geohan, we added brief physical exercises in this session for all workers to strengthen both physical and mental health.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE DRILL
Our Emergency Response Drills are designed to prepare our team for swift, effective action in the event of an emergency. These drills help ensure that everyone on-site is familiar with safety protocols, understands evacuation routes, and knows their specific roles during an emergency situation. Regularly scheduled drills simulate a variety of scenarios, including fire outbreaks, hazardous material spills, medical emergencies, and severe weather conditions. By rehearsing these procedures, we aim to minimize risk, enhance communication, and enable rapid, coordinated responses that protect lives and property. Our commitment to safety goes beyond compliance; we strive for a culture where preparedness and vigilance are embedded into every aspect of our work.
