OUR WORKERS
To sustain our business, we develop a site safety and environmental safety priority through the implementation of QESH and our in-house safety rules and regulations. We conduct regular meetings and safety monitoring at our project sites to all our workers to increase their safety awareness and to ensure that all safety regulations are complied. Old and young, we have an obligation towards our workers to arrive home safely and to enjoy quality moments with their loved ones.
SOFTWARE
CONTRACTOR ALTERNATIVE DESIGN
We offer effective Design & Build services that include, but not limited to, building foundation systems, earth retaining wall structures, slope strengthening and ground treatments. Unquestionably, the pre-construction engineering design approach will take into consideration of the clients’ best interest in terms of budget and time, also most importantly, standard code compliances, safety requirements and economical construction resources.


COST OPTIMIZING & VALUE ENGINEERING
With our team's comprehensive experience in diverse geotechnical design and construction methods, along with our wide range of administered construction resources, we have the means to provide cost/time optimising opportunities to meet clients' constraints and objectives. In short, an 'economical one-stop' solution.
2D Plaxis
We actively utilize Plaxis 2D, a world recognized finite element software, to analyse the retaining wall system and other related geotechnical structures. It is used to assess the interaction between soil and retaining system and to study the effects of excavation to retaining system (i.e. forces and deflection of wall) as well as to surrounding ground (ground settlement) and adjacent buildings. The software allowed us to model the actual design system and simulate the construction stages as planned with input of retaining wall type (e.g. concrete pile wall or sheet pile wall), tied-back system (i.e. soil nail, pre-stressed ground anchor and strut), required surcharge, seepage of ground water table, etc.


Geoslope/W
SLOPE/W from GeoStudio is a modern limit equilibrium software for stability analysis. It's modeled to analyze and design for the stability of earth structures and any slope cases. To be precise, this software determines the stability of a wedge of soil that has been reinforced with a structural component such as piled wall, pre-stressed ground anchor, soil nailing, geo-fabric or some other material. A realistic phreatic line of ground water table and required surcharge can also be modelled in the analysis.

SAFE
Beside the geotechnical design softwares, we also subscribe SAFE Analysis, a finite element structural concrete slab software which is used for modelling, analysing, designing, and detailing of concrete slab systems and foundations. For foundation design, it is often use to analyse and design raft/mat foundation, piled raft foundation and pile caps for lift core wall with imposed moment and combined columns foundation. With SAFE, a complicated building foundation configuration can be easily designed and more accurate of combination forces results can be modelled and applied.

3D PLAXIS
As part of our geotechnical design suite, we have just explored utilizing 3D Plaxis, an advanced analysis software dedicated to geotechnical engineering. This powerful tool allows us to model complex soil-structure interaction scenarios, including deep excavations, tunneling, slope stability, and foundation designs. By leveraging its robust computational capabilities, we can analyze three-dimensional soil behaviors under various loading conditions, ensuring precise and reliable results for intricate geotechnical projects.
